Yoga is a sanskrit word meaning union or to yoke together. There are many such
unions in a yoga practice. We hope to provide simple instruction that, over time, will deepen part or all of your yoga practice.

Satchidananda Ashtanga Yoga This method of Yoga involves synchronizing
the breath with progressive series of postures - a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat
that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
Atomic YogaTM This class involves an integration
of various sun salutations, asana, pranayama, dharana and dhyana to promote a fun and safe yoga practice. You never
know what to expect so be prepared to work, laugh and leave invigorated!
Basic Yoga A perfect class for beginners or anyone looking for the fundamentals. this class includes
the basic standing, seated and inverted postures as well as pranayama and some yogic philosophy.
Budokon The Budokon physical practice draws upon
ancient and modern yogic and martial arts styles. The foundation of the Budokon physical
practice is precision, alignment and Zen mind. All Budokon techniques are designed to explore the body's full range of motion.
The practice dances between agility, control, speed, power, balance and flow.
Mindful Yoga A simple class focusing on alignment techniques, proper breathing and learning
to slow down. Suitable to any level of student.
Vinyasa Yoga This is a flow based yoga class which moves through yoga asanas using the rhythm of the breath.
Levels vary, but some physical fitness is recommended.
