Steven Herbst and Paul Richardson
Steven Herbst is certified and registered with the Yoga Alliance and with the Integral Yoga Teachers Association. He origionally graduated from Synergy Center of Yoga and Healing Arts Teacher Training in 2003 and has been teaching ever since. Steven expanded his teaching skills by studying extensively with David Swenson, Michael Gach, Cameron Shayne and Duncon Wong. Most recently Steven completed the Raja Yoga Training Program at the Satchidananda Ashram - Yogaville.
Paul Richardson is certified and registered with the Yoga Alliance and with the Integral Yoga Teachers Association. He first graduated in 2003 from the Miami Yoga Shala Teacher Training Program. and has since recieved certifications from David Swenson, Dr. David Frawley, and The Satchidananda Ashram - Yogaville. Paul is a certified Ayurvedic Health Educator and most recently trained at Duke University's Integrative Medicine Campus receiving his certificate to instruct Yoga of Awareness for Cancer Patients.
